Liability Disclaimer for D&J Mobile Oil Change

By utilizing the services of D&J Mobile Oil Change ("Company"), you ("Customer") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Scope & Customer Responsibility
- The Company provides mobile oil change and basic vehicle maintenance services at the Customer’s specified location.
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring a safe, accessible, and level work area for service.
- The Customer confirms that their vehicle is in a condition suitable for service and that all necessary precautions have been taken to prevent damage.

2. Limited Liability
- The Company is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions, mechanical issues, or damages unrelated to the services performed.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by leaks, improper installation by third parties, manufacturer defects, or failure of any vehicle components.
- The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from the use of incorrect oil or filters if the Customer provides or requests specific products contrary to manufacturer recommendations.

3. Waiver of Claims
- The Customer waives any claims against the Company for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services performed.
- The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages resulting from the failure of parts not serviced by the Company.

4. Indemnification
- The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the services provided.

5. Warranty Disclaimer
- The Company provides services "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Any issues related to manufacturer defects in oil, filters, or other parts should be addressed with the manufacturer.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- This agreement shall be governed by the laws of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or small claims court in Oconee County, South Carolina.

By requesting service, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to this liability disclaimer.
